So when I was at a networking event with the Donegal Women in Business Network and someone asked me if I was going to be organising Rock agus Roam events this year, I was like, yes but... I want to do something different this year, with more time, that's specifically for business owners, and gets you out of the office and into the great outdoors. I find that my best ideas are triggered when I'm outside not behind my desk. And just like that I thought I'm going to design a business retreat here in West Donegal one of the most inspirational places on the planet for women in business, who mean business.
